Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
At Blackape Gymwears, we take quality seriously. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

Bottomwear (shorts, leggings, joggers)

Underwear / innerwear

Sale or discounted items

Products bought during special promotions
Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund will be issued as a store credit or original payment method (based on eligibility).

Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
Exchange

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Incorrect or Damaged Order
If you receive a wrong or damaged product:
