Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at [your support email] with your Order ID.

Returns & Refunds

At Blackape Gymwears, we take quality seriously. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bottomwear (shorts, leggings, joggers)

  • Underwear / innerwear

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products bought during special promotions

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund will be issued as a store credit or original payment method (based on eligibility).

  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Order

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/video of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
