Push-Up Challenge – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Push-Up Challenge is open to all participants unless restricted by applicable law.

2. How to Participate

2.1 Participants must complete 20 push-ups in one continuous set.
2.2 A clear and unedited video recording of the push-ups must be created.
2.3 The video must be posted on Instagram.
2.4 Participants must tag @blackapeindia in the post.

3. Follow Requirement

3.1 Participants must follow @blackapeindia on Instagram at the time of validation.
3.2 Entries from accounts that do not follow the page during validation will be considered invalid.

4. Video Guidelines

4.1 The participant’s face and push-ups must be clearly visible in the video.
4.2 The video must be original and created specifically for this challenge.
4.3 Edited, reused, or misleading videos will be disqualified.

5. Entry Limitations

5.1 Only one entry per participant is allowed.
5.2 Multiple entries from the same participant will result in disqualification.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
6.2 The decision of Black Ape shall be final and binding.

7. Prize Details

7.1 Selected winners will receive a Black Ape gym outfit free of cost.
7.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Announcement & Verification

8.1 Winners will be contacted via Instagram.
8.2 Failure to respond within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9. Content Usage Rights

9.1 By participating, participants grant Black Ape the right to use submitted videos for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

10.1 Black Ape reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Any attempt to misuse or manipulate the challenge will result in immediate disqualification.
