If you ever need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent.

Returns

Here’s how it works:

Initiate Your Return:
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order with a valid reason by emailing our support team.

Send It Back:
Once your return is approved, securely pack the item (with original tags intact) and ship it back to us within 7 days.

Inspection & Refund:
After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
💡 Note: Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Conditions

Please make sure your item meets the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, undergarments and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Worn, damaged, or altered garments will not be accepted.

To ensure transparency, we may request a short video of you unboxing the parcel at the time of delivery.

Exchanges

We understand size or style preferences can change — that’s why we offer easy exchanges.

Exchanges are allowed once per order.

All returned items will be inspected before approval.

Exchanges are subject to stock and size availability.

If there’s a difference in price, it will be issued as a redeemable coupon code or gift card.

Customized or altered items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Timeline

Standard orders are shipped within 7–10 working days.

During high-demand seasons or for customized items, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts, Tamil Nadu, India.
